By the way, its very kind that you used the translator software / website.
But I think - at least spoken for me -, that answering in american (please simple plain words, no slang) would possibly be be better. Or simply posting both, english and translation. (the translator makes a funny, difficult to understand translation).

Meine Frau hatte eine schwere PH auf der Basis chronischer Lungenembolien. Sildenafil hat ihr geholfen, innerhalb von 3 Monaten den systolischen PAP zu senken von 98 auf 80 mmHg. Subjektiv gesehen ergab sich durch Sildenafil eine spürbare Verbesserung. Allerdings hatte sie den Eindruck, dass es eine Frage der Zeit ist, bis der alte Zustand sie wieder einholt.
